One day I had to go to the `renowned university of Calicut to give the application form for the degree certificate. Entering the huge-old building I was confused where to go. Then a man hopefully of 40 year- old passed by and I asked him sir can you tell me where to give this application form? He smiled and told me you need not give the application form you will not get it…
I was surprised and shocked to hear it. I stared at him why sir ? Then he smiled hey girl I hve been coming to this university for the past 17 years to get my degree certificate. I have payed the money more than 5 times.. now I need it to apply for my increment.. I have been losing by increments an other opportunities for the past many years owing to this..
Then he walked away… I stared at him… I did not know what to do… can you tell me what to do?

i dint know that you are studying in calicut university...as far as i know you studied with me in Kannur university...
This sort of things will happen only in Calicut university. I hope the authority will take measures to resolve these problems.
